One way to reduce coffee cravings is to gradually begin drinking less coffee each day. A good way to do this is to have a latte, which is half coffee and half milk, in place of a regular cup of joe. (Opt for fat-free of soy!) Also try substituting tea for coffee in the afternoon, since tea has about one-third of the caffeine as coffee.
